Great central location, surrounded by century-old gardens and close to Shi Quan Street for shopping and local dining. Comfortable room with a queen bed and fur pillows.- Convenient for both rest and shopping, with easy access to explore the old city of Suzhou.
Room arrangement could be better, with a small ensuite bathroom. Service could be improved, as staff were unable to locate missing cosmetics and didn't provide updates on the progress.

Within a walking distance of Tongde Xing, where you can have lunch. A good choice for exploring Suzhou. It is really close to the airport.

the hotel was also in a good location that was close to shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff that was always ready to assist us with any queries we had.
Poor Room Conditions and Unappetizing Food the room conditions were quite poor. the bathroom was small and the room was cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.
